<br />15.04.080 Section 2907(a) amended -- Footings -_ General. <br /> <br />The first sentence of Section 2907 (a) of the Uniform <br />Building Code shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2907(a) General. Footings and foundations, <br />unless otherwise specifically provided shall be <br />constructed of masonry, concrete, or treated wood in <br />conformance with the Uniform Building Code Standard No. <br />29-3 and in all cases shall extend a minimum of 30 inches <br />below finished grade. <br /> <br />Section 10. Chapter 15.04 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended by the addition of a new Section 15.04.090 to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />15.04.090 Section 3306(i) Amended. <br /> <br />Section 3306(i), Handrails, of the Uniform Building <br />Code shall is amended by the addition of the following <br />exception to paragraph 2: Handrails in Group-R, Division <br />3 Occupancies shall extend beyond the top and bottom <br />riser not less than six inches. <br /> <br />Section 11.
