In other words, staff asks for the unspent budgets for projects <br />not completed in 2012 to be added to the current 2013 budget. Total carry- <br />forward = +$1,552,910 <br />2. Formally adopt other adjustments to the current 2013 budget. These adjustments <br />are for items that staff did not anticipate, or were not measureable, at the time <br />Council adopted the original 2013 budget. Staff has discussed many of these <br />items previously with the Council, but they have not been formally incorporated <br />into the City's 2013 budget. Total other adjustments = +$845,210. <br />3. Adjust the revenue budget to new revenue estimates or for new revenue sources <br />that staff did not anticipate, or were not measureable, at the time Council <br />adopted the original 2013 budget. Total revenue adjustments = +$826,960. <br />Fiscal Impact: The Finance Department has updated revenue, expenditure, and fund <br />balance estimates for all funds based on the proposed budget adjustments. <br />Staff recommended the City Council conduct a public hearing and approve Resolution <br />No. 27, Series 2013 , amending the 2013 budget by amending appropriations in the <br />General Fund, Conservation Trust — Open Space & Parks Fund, Conservation Trust — <br />Lottery Fund, Cemetery Fund, Historic Preservation Fund, Capital Projects Fund, <br />Impact Fee Fund, Water Utility Fund, Wastewater Utility Fund, Storm Water Utility Fund, <br />Golf Course Fund, Building Maintenance Fund, Technology Management Fund, and <br />Fleet Management Fund and amending budgeted revenue in the General Fund, <br />Conservation Trust — Open Space & Parks Fund, Historic Preservation Fund, Capital <br />Projects Fund, and Golf Course Fund. <br />COUNCIL COMMENT <br />Council member Loo inquired why $10,560 of funds designated for the Louisville <br />Housing Authority was carried over and made available in 2013 for affordable housing. <br />She asked why these funds were not transferred to the Boulder County Housing <br />Authority. <br />City Manager Fleming explained the funds are available for affordable housing. The <br />City received a request from the Habitat for Humanity to assist in the redevelopment of <br />a parcel of land for affordable housing. The funds were originally appropriated for the <br />Louisville Housing Authority to do repair work and the $10,560 is the remaining balance. <br />Council member Keany explained this money was refunded from the stadium district tax <br />and a previous Council designated those funds for future land purchases to support <br />affordable housing. <br />Council member Loo addressed a line item containing $93,500, which concerns the <br />McCaslin /Dillon Intersection project. She asked if the project was complete. Public <br />
