Louisville City Council Meeting <br />March 5, 2002 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1379, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br />ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE AVISTA ADVENTIST HOSPITAL <br />ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />MOTION: Keany moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1379, Series 2002, <br />seconded by Levihn. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 5-0. Sisk <br />and Brown excused. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1380 SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE AVISTA <br />ADVENTIST HOSPITAL ANNEXATION <br /> <br />MOTION: Keany moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1380, Series 2002, on <br />first reading, send it out for publication and set a public hearing for March 19, 2002, <br />seconded by Levihn. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light suggested the following change to Ordinance No. 1380, Series <br />2002, Section 2., to reflect the Louisville Municipal Code requirement that the property <br />be under single ownership when the zoning takes effect: "The requirements of Section <br />17.72.020 (B) of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be satisfied at or prior to the time of <br />the recording and the effect of this ordinance." <br /> <br />Keany and Levihn accepted the change. <br /> <br />VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 5-0. Sisk and Brown <br />excused. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6, SERIES 2002 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. 36 CORRIDOR COMPREHENSIVE <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AMONG <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, THE CITY OF BOULDER, THE TOWN OF <br />SUPERIOR, AND THE COUNTY OF BOULDER, COLORADO - public hearing <br />(advertised Daily Camera 2/19/02) <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson asked Planning Director Wood if the other jurisdictions have approved the <br />amendment to the US 36 IGA. <br /> <br />Wood stated that the other jurisdictions have not formally agreed to the amendment, but <br />are aware of the proposal. He stated that the Town of Superior is waiting for Louisville's <br />approval of the amendment and will discuss the matter at a March Board Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
