Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of <br />5-0. Davidson and Sisk excused. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1380 SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE AVISTA <br />ADVENTIST HOSPITAL ANNEXATION <br /> <br />MOTION: Keany moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1380, Series 2002, <br />seconded by Levihn. <br /> <br />Mayer offered a friendly amendment that the setback for buildings above two stories, be <br />50' from the north property line. Keany and Levihn accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read the new Section 3 into the record: "The General Development <br />Plan shall be amended to reflect an additional 50' setback along the north boundary for <br />buildings exceeding two stories." <br /> <br />VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 5-0. Davidson and <br />Sisk excused. <br /> <br />Council welcomed the hospital's new addition to Louisville and thanked Avista for being <br />a part of City. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Sisk rejoined he meeting at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9, SERIES 2002 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2002 <br />BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS AND WATER UTILITY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council re-call Resolution No. 9, Series 2002, seconded by <br />Levihn. All in favor. Davidson excused. <br /> <br />Sisk called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Finance Director Dianne Ray reviewed Appendix A, which listed the project that were <br />rolled over from 2001 from the Capital Projects Funds and Water Utility Fund. The <br />projects are as follows: Highway 42/96 Street Connection - 55,723; Dillon Road Bridge <br />Repair - 14,601; Open Space Inventory - 6,537; South Boulder Road Underpass- 55,389; <br />and Tennis Courts- 5,702, for a total of t37, 952. The Louisville Reservoir- 527,585, for <br />a grand total of 664,537. <br /> <br />Sisk asked for public comment. There were no public comments. <br /> <br /> <br />
