Bailey, Administrative Technician; Richard Sosa, Finance <br />Director <br /> <br />Others: Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager, Jay Keany, Louisville City Council Liaison, Debby <br />Fahey, Louisville Senior Advisory Board Liaison to Boulder County <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Terri called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Approval of the Agenda <br /> <br />Motion unanimously approved, with the caveat that we do not have the February minutes and will bring <br />them to the next board meeting for approval. <br /> <br />Terri motioned. Kelly seconded. Motion approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Matters from Members of the Public** <br /> <br />Introduction to Debby Fahey, Louisville Senior Advisory Board Liaison to Boulder County, who said that <br />the Boulder County Aging Advisory Board is focusing on housing for seniors at all income levels. She is <br />here gathering information. <br /> <br />Director’s Report <br /> <br />Frank summarized the property transfers <br />- Regal Square transfer complete <br />- Hillside Square and Sunnyside are the remaining properties <br />- Hillside application submitted to HUD - anticipate transfer sometime in the month of June <br />- Sunnyside is still in negotiations because of the financial condition. We are working through <br />what the best options are with the bank. <br />6
