Lisa Norgard asked WGP to readdress the <br />issue of the water on the course. All par 3 tee boxes need work. <br /> <br /> <br />Item VI – Public Comments – John Reilly inquired about the bunkers on hole #1 <br />and asked if these bunkers were scheduled to be replaced. The board stated <br />that we are concentrating on the green side bunkers on holes #2 through #5. If <br />the final bids for the bunker replacement come in low, we may be able to add <br />more bunkers. Al Coleman asked to consider bringing back the parking lot valet <br />service to help carry golf bags from the parking lot. <br /> <br />Item VII – Action items from June 17, 2013 Meeting – <br />a) Provide and prioritize list of golfer issues to WGP – Complete. <br />b) Review tree options (see Agenda 4c above) with City Forester and <br />City Manager regarding damage to several greens- Discussed above. <br /> <br />Item VIII – Summary of new Actions Items – <br /> Need to know if sod base will be used in bottom of bunkers <br /> Decisions on green #5 – based on course samples from Chris Lichty <br /> Reclaim water discharge – was this a one-time event. <br /> <br />Item IX- Potential agenda items for August 19, 2013 next Board meeting in <br />Louisville Library first floor meeting room – <br />a) Golf course turf condition issues. <br />b) Update on bunker renovation plans and funding. <br />c) GCAB City Council presentation plans for August 27th Study Session. <br />d) Funding needs for 2014. <br /> <br />Item X- Correspondence from Ken Gambon- <br /> <br />Item XI- Adjourn – The meeting was adjourned at 8:40PM. Dennis Maloney <br />proposed.
