Sec. 9.22.120. Violation; penalty. <br /> Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall <br /> be fined not more than $4,000.00 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of <br /> this Code or imprisoned not more than one year. <br /> Section 6. Subsection D of Section 9.34.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows (words added are underlined: words deleted are stricken ): <br /> Sec. 9.34.040. Operation of construction equipment. <br /> D. Any violation of the time limitation set out in a building permit shall <br /> be subject to stop orders and other remedies provided in the city building code in <br /> effect at the time. In addition, any person who violates any such time limitation may <br /> be punished by a fine of not more than $4700000 the maximum fine set forth in <br /> section 1.28.010.A of this Code or by imprisonment not to exceed one year or by <br /> both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any <br /> violation of any provision of this section is committed, continued, or permitted by <br /> any such person shall be a separate offense. <br /> Section 7. Section 9.46.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken through): <br /> Sec. 9.46.050. Arson. <br /> It is unlawful for any person to knowingly set fire to, burn, cause to be <br /> burned, or, by the use of any explosive, damage or destroy any property of another <br /> without his consent, other than a building or occupied structure, whereby the damage <br /> done is less than $100.00$1,000.00. <br /> • <br /> Section 8. Subsections E and H of Section 10.04.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br /> are hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken <br /> thfeugh): <br /> Sec. 10.04.020. Additions or modifications. <br /> Unless specifically noted as an amendment to Appendix I, Definitions, the <br /> following additions, amendments and deletions are made to the specified sections of <br /> Parts 1-19 of the Model Traffic Code: <br /> E.
