(2) Any person who is not a paraplegic person or a person with a <br /> disability who uses such flag as a signal or for any other purpose is guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof may be punished by a fine of up to <br /> $1,000.00 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code and/or <br /> imprisonment in the county jail of up to one year. <br /> H. Section 1101, Speed Limits, subsections (4) and (7) are deleted and <br /> subsections (2) and(12) are is amended to read as follows: <br /> (2) Where speed limits are posted by an official traffic control <br /> device, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle in excess of <br /> the posted speed limits. Where speed limits are not posted, and where no <br /> special hazard exists that requires a lower speed, the following speeds shall <br /> be lawful: <br /> (a) Twenty-five (25) miles per hour in any residence <br /> district, as defined in section 42-1-102(80), C.R.S. <br /> (b) Thirty (30) miles per hour in any business district, as <br /> defined in section 42-1-102(11), C.R.S. <br /> (12)(a) A violation of driving one to nineteen miles per hour in <br /> excess of the reasonable or prudent speed or in excess of the maximum <br /> lawful speed limit of seventy-five miles per hour is a class A traffic <br /> infraction. <br /> (b) A violation of driving twenty or more miles per hour in <br /> excess of the reasonable and prudent speed or in excess of the maximum <br /> lawful speed limit of seventy-five miles per hour is a class 2 misdemeanor <br /> traffic offense; except that such violation within a maintenance, repair, or <br /> construction zone, designated pursuant to section 614 is a class 1 <br /> misdemeanor traffic offense. <br /> (c) A violation under subjection (3) of this section is class A <br /> traffic infraction. <br /> Section 9. Section 10.12.310 of the Louisville Municipal Code (concerning bicycles) is <br /> here by amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken <br /> through): <br /> Sec. 10.12.310.
