Meeting Minutes
October 15, 2013
Mayor Pro Tem Dalton was agreeable to a waiver for a 231 SF sign. Council member
Loo asked for a comparison of the requested sign. Planning Director Russ stated this
sign will be the biggest sign in Louisville.
Council member Sackett supported the proposal.
Council member Loo asked if the 231 SF sign would set a legal precedent. City
Attorney Light explained if a new use comes in, they are not entitled to the waiver on the
sign. Council members Loo, Jasiak and Yarnell supported the 231SF waiver for the
signage.
MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve Resolution No. 53, Series 2013, including
the waiver for a maximum sign of 231SF, seconded by Council member Jasiak.
