<br />A. professional and business offices; <br /> <br />B. medical and dental offices and clinics; <br /> <br />C. studios for professional work or teaching <br />(instruction limited to no more than 10 students) <br />of any form of fine arts, photography, music, <br />drama, dance but not including a commercial <br />gymnasium. <br /> <br />17.13.030 Special review uses. <br /> <br />Upon application and approval of a special review <br />use therefor as set forth in Chapter 17.40, the following <br />uses may be operated as uses by special review: <br /> <br />A. city, county, state and federal uses and buildings; <br /> <br />B. public and private schools; <br /> <br />C. studios for professional work or teaching <br />(instruction exceeding ten students) of any form of <br />fine arts, photography, music, drama, dance, but <br />not including a commercial gymnasium; <br /> <br />D. private utility uses; <br /> <br />E. vocational and business schools; <br /> <br />F. child care center; <br /> <br />G. churches; <br /> <br />H. rest, nursing and retirement homes and other <br />residential care facilities. <br /> <br />17.13.040 Building Height. <br /> <br />Except for projections from buildings as permitted <br />under Section 17.16.050 and structures or structural <br />parts exempt from building height regulations under <br />Section 17.16.090, building height for principal and <br />accessory uses shall not exceed twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />17.13.050 Slope of Roof. <br /> <br />The minimum roof pitch shall be 4:12. Roof pitch <br />means the slope of the roof, or the angle which is formed <br />between the roof and the horizontal plane. <br /> <br />3 <br />
