<br />17.13.060 Setbacks. <br /> <br />Setback requirements for buildings and accessory <br />structures in the zone district shall be as follows: <br /> <br />A. Front yard setback from a local street or right-of- <br />way of two (2) feet of setback for each one (1) <br />foot of building height; <br /> <br />B. Front yard setback from a collector or arterial <br />street or right-of-way of three (3) feet of setback <br />for each one (1) foot of building height; <br /> <br />c. Side yard setback from an adj oining residential <br />zoned property of three (3) feet of setback for <br />each one (1) foot of building height; <br /> <br />D. Side yard setback from a collector or arterial <br />street or right-of-way of three (3) feet of setback <br />for each one (1) foot of building height; <br /> <br />E. Side yard setback from a local street or right-of- <br />way of two (2) feet of setback for each one (1) <br />foot of building height; <br /> <br />F. Side yard setback from an interior lot line of one <br />(1) foot of setback for each one (1) foot of <br />building height; <br /> <br />G. Rear yard setback from an adj oining residential <br />zoned property of three (3) feet of setback for <br />each one (1) foot of building height; and <br /> <br />H. Rear yard setback (other than from an adj oining <br />residential zoned property) of one (1) foot of <br />setback for each two (2) foot of building height. <br /> <br />17.13.070 Lot area. <br /> <br />The lot area shall contain not less than one (1) <br />acre (43,560 square feet). <br /> <br />17.13.080 Lot coverage. <br /> <br />The lot coverage shall not be greater than twenty <br />percent (20%) of the lot area. <br /> <br />17.13.090 Open space and buffers. <br /> <br />A. A lot shall provide not less than sixty percent <br />(60%) of the lot area for common open space. <br /> <br />4 <br />
