<br />B. The lot shall provide a fifty (50) foot wide area <br />of unobstructed common open space to serve as a <br />buffer area along any adjoining residential zoned <br />property or residential use property. The buffer <br />area shall extend the full length of the boundary <br />with the residential property and shall be <br />landscaped in accordance with an approved landscape <br />plan submitted in conjunction with an approved <br />final planned unit development plan. The buffer <br />area shall be considered common open space for the <br />purposes of satisfying the requirement of <br />subsection A, of this section. <br /> <br />17.13.100 Outdoor trash containers. <br /> <br />Outdoor trash containers, collection and storage <br />areas shall be located at least fifty (50) feet from any <br />lot line of an adjoining residential district and shall <br />be enclosed by a fence and gate at least six (6) feet in <br />height. <br /> <br />17.13.110 Glare. <br /> <br />A. Light sources, including but not limited to, neon, <br />fluorescent or similar tube lighting, incandescent <br />bulbs, illuminated buildings and surfaces, direct, <br />indirect or internally illuminated signs, and other <br />unshielded light sources shall not produce glare so <br />as to cause illumination in any residential <br />district in excess of five-tenths (0.5) foot- <br />candle. <br /> <br />B. Illumination levels shall be measured with a <br />photoelectric photometer having a spectral response <br />similar to that of the human eye, following the <br />standard spectral luminous efficiency curve adopted <br />by the International Commission on Illumination. <br /> <br />c. Flickering or intrinsically bright sources of <br />illumination shall be controlled so as not to be a <br />nuisance in any adjacent residential district. <br /> <br />D, Exterior building surfaces visible from adjoining <br />residential districts shall not be illuminated by <br />means of direct or indirect lighting. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br />Code is amended <br />capitalized): <br /> <br />Section 17.20.110 of the Louisville Municipal <br />to read as follows (words to be added are <br /> <br />5 <br />
