PARKING, LOADING, OR <br />SERVICE DRIVE AREAS LOCATED IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE <br />- TRANSITION ZONE DISTRICT SHALL BE SET BACK AT LEAST <br />FIFTY (50) FEET FROM A LOT LINE OF AN ADJOINING <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONED PROPERTY; AND SHALL BE SETBACK AT LEAST <br />FORTY (40) FEET FROM A STREET CURB OR THIRTY (30) FEET <br />FROM A FRONT LOT LINE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. <br /> <br />Section 7.
