17.20.110. Setbacks. Except as provided in Section 17.20.020 (A) (1), required parking and loading spaces shall be set back ten feet from the front lot line. PARKING, LOADING, OR SERVICE DRIVE AREAS LOCATED IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE - TRANSITION ZONE DISTRICT SHALL BE SET BACK AT LEAST FIFTY (50) FEET FROM A LOT LINE OF AN ADJOINING RESIDENTIAL ZONED PROPERTY; AND SHALL BE SETBACK AT LEAST FORTY (40) FEET FROM A STREET CURB OR THIRTY (30) FEET FROM A FRONT LOT LINE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
