Louisville City Council Meeting <br />September 17, 2002 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33, SERIES 2002 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR 6,891 SF TWO-STORY MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING, LOT 2, COAL <br />CREEK MEDICAL CAMPUS <br /> <br />Davidson asked Planning Director Wood if the Final PUD Development Plan for Coal <br />Creek Medical Campus is compliant with the exception of the setback request. Wood <br />confirmed that the Plan is compliant with the exception of the setback request. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Applicant presentation. There was no presentation. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that if the Final PUD Development Plan did not have the setback <br />exception request, which requires Council approval, it would have been approved on the <br />consent agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 33, Series 2002, seconded <br />by Keany. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 34, SERIES 2002 - CREATING A HISTORICAL <br /> PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light reported that the Home Rule Carter requires the City Council <br />establish a Historical Preservation Commission through an ordinance. He requested that <br />Resolution No. 34, Series 2002, be tabled, and reintroduced when Council considers the <br />accompanying ordinance at the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council table Resolution No. 34, Series 2002, <br />seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1400, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 17.57.070 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT AN <br />UPDATED FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP FOR THE CITY OF LOUSVILLE <br />- 1st reading - set public hearing 10/01/02 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1400, Series 2002. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council send out Ordinance No. 1499, Series 2002, for <br />publication and set a public hearing for October 1, 2002, seconded by Keany. All in <br />favor. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
