<br />l\-~ <br /> <br />Section s. Paragraphs H and I of Section 13.32.040 are <br />repealed in their entirety and the following paragraphs are <br />correspondingly relettered. <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 13.32.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of new paragraphs M., N., 0., and <br />P. to read as follows (existing paragraphs M. and N. having been <br />relettered as paragraphs K. and L. by reason of Section 5 above): <br /> <br />M. Any wastewater which creates a fire or <br />explosion hazard in the pUblicly-owned <br />treatment works (POTW), including but not <br />limited to, wastestreams with a closed cup <br />flashpoint of less than sixty (60) degrees <br />centigrade (140 degrees Fahrenheit) using the <br />test methods specified in 40 CFR 261.21. <br /> <br />N. Petroleum oil, nonbiodegradable cutting oil, <br />or products of mineral oil origin in amounts <br />that will cause interference or pass through. <br /> <br />O. Any wastewater which results in the presence <br />of toxic gases, vapors, or fumes within the <br />POTW in a quantity that may cause worker <br />health and safety problems. <br /> <br />P. Any trucked or hauled pollutants including but <br />not limited to, commercial, industrial, or <br />domestic generated wastes, except at points <br />designated by the POTW. <br /> <br />Section 7. Section 13.32.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of a new sub-paragraph F.5. to <br />read: <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Bypass. All industrial users shall <br />comply with the requirements concerning <br />bypass as set forth in 40 CFR, Section <br />403.17. <br /> <br />Section 8. Sub-paragraph 13.32.060.C.2. of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is amended to read (words to be added appear in <br />capital letters): <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) <br />AND A LIST OF ANY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL <br />PERMITS HELD BY OR FOR THE FACILITY; <br /> <br />3 <br />
