Section 13.32.060 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of a new sub-paragraph C.10., the <br />existing sUb-paragraph C.10. to be correspondingly renumbered as <br />sUb-paragraph C.11., to read: <br /> <br />C. 10. A statement of certification as set forth <br />in 40 CFR, Section 403.6 and signed by <br />the authorized representative of the <br />industrial user. <br /> <br />Section 10. Section 13.32.060 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of a new sub-paragraph C.12. to <br />read: <br /> <br />C. 12. The applicant shall have fourteen days <br />from the date of notification to file <br />written objections with the control <br />authority to any permit conditions. The <br />control authority may, but shall not be <br />required to, schedule a meeting with the <br />applicant's authorized representative <br />within 15 days following receipt of the <br />applicant's objections and attempt to <br />resolve disputed issues concerning permit <br />conditions. If applicant files no <br />objections to permit conditions proposed <br />or if subsequent agreement is reached <br />concerning same, the control authority <br />shall issue a wastewater discharge permit <br />to the applicant with such conditions <br />incorporated. <br /> <br />Section 11. Sub-paragraph 13.32.060.E.9. of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is amended to read (words to be deleted are stricken <br />through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Requirements for notification of alug <br />loads AND CONTROL OF NON-ROUTINE, <br />EPISODIC DISCHARGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT <br />LIMITED TO, ACCIDENTAL SPILLS OR NON- <br />CUSTOMARY BATCH DISCHARGES. <br /> <br />Section 12. Section 13.32.060 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of new sub-paragraphs E.12., E.13. <br />and E.14. to read: <br /> <br />E. 12. Effluent limits based on applicable <br />general pretreatment standards, <br />categorical pretreatment standards, local <br />limits, and state and local law. <br /> <br />4 <br />
