Approval of Contract with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for Utility Billing <br />Services <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Loo announced the Monarch High School Girls Cross Country Team <br />placed 5th at the Nike Cross Nationals. She congratulated the team and thanked Parks <br />and Recreation Director Joe Stevens and Recreation Center Manager Kathy Martin who <br />offered the golf course on certain days for their training. <br />Mayor Muckle wished all the citizens a happy holiday and a Happy New Year from all <br />the City Council. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming also wished everyone a very happy holiday and a Happy New <br />Year.
