<br />14. (a) Superior agrees to pay a monthly fee to Louisville <br />for the sewage treatment service provided for herein based upon <br />flow, for commercial service, or the number and types of taps <br />connected to the Superior system for non-commercial service, and <br />tributary to the Louisville system, at the sewer rates of <br />Louisville charged to sewer customers located within Louisville's <br />boundaries and in effect at the time of billing. superior shall <br />pay the full amount of the monthly fee to Louisville within <br />fourteen (14) days after billing, but no billing will occur so long <br />as the sums received by Louisville pursuant to paragraph (b) hereof <br />at least equals the amount owed by Superior to Louisville. In <br />addition, superior shall pay to Louisville such additional amounts <br />which represent a reasonable estimate of all costs incurred by <br />Louisville in billing superior sewer charges which are in excess of <br />Louisville's charges, and in otherwise administering those excess <br />charges. <br /> <br />(b) until otherwise agreed by the Louisville City <br />Administrator and the Superior Town Manager, Louisville will bill <br />sewer charges to sewer customers located within Superior. The <br />rates will be established by Superior and reported in writing to <br />Louisville from time to time. Any sum actually received by <br />Louisville from sewer customers located within superior shall be <br />credited to the amount owing to Louisville from Superior, including <br />any additional amounts as described in paragraph (a) hereof, and <br />any sums so received which exceed the then current total of all <br />financial obligations owed by superior to Louisville pursuant to <br />this Agreement shall be returned to superior monthly, within <br />fifteen days after the end of each month. Louisville shall also <br />submit to Superior, with each payment to Superior, a list of those <br />sewage customers within superior who are in default of payment to <br />Superior. Louisville may establish any reasonable billing <br />procedure. <br /> <br />(c) Superior shall provide information necessary to <br />compute sewer charges by the 5th of each month in order to assist <br />Louisville in calculating sewage costs. <br /> <br />(d) Louisville shall have complete access to superior's <br />utility billing records which relate to accounts served through <br />this Agreement and may at any time read or check meters served <br />through this Agreement in Superior. <br /> <br />(e) The Louisville City Administrator and Superior Town <br />Manager may revise the procedures described in this paragraph 14 by <br />mutual written agreement. <br /> <br />15. superior does not presently have a fully staffed public <br />works department and, therefore, has limited ability to maintain or <br />make repairs of its sewage collection system. Therefore, as part <br />of the consideration for this Agreement, Louisville agrees that, <br />during the term of this Agreement, Louisville will provide routine <br /> <br />8 <br />
