The city prosecuting <br />attorney shall reque.t the advisory jUdge to appoint a <br />qualified disinterested attorney to serve as special <br />pro.ecutor. If, wi thin ten days atter the request, the <br />advisory jUdge has 'not appointed a special prosecutor, the <br />city'. aunicipal jUdqe shall appoint a qualitied disinterested <br />attorney to .erve as special prosecutor.
