David Cast, 485 Front Street, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned about the transportation issue.

Tom Rafferty, 945 Rex Street, Louisville, Colorado, agreed with the previous speakers. He felt this
was sprawl gathering up the land space.

Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, agreed with the previous speakers. He
felt the development was totally out of character with Old Town.

Judy Taylor, 225 Roosevelt, Louisville, Colorado, agreed with the previous speakers. She asked
Council to vote against this development.

Bill Hayes, 839 McKinley Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, representing his 84 year old mother-in-law
who resides at 729 Johnson, stated that this development was a "dog 'n pony show" and could not
believe Council would even consider this project. He did not think the property should be another
park as he felt the existing parks were not used as much as they should be already.

Davidson called for Council comments and questions.

Howard did not like the sub-standard streets or the high density of the project. He wanted to make
sure that the turning radius' on the turn-about were adequate to meet Fire Code, as well as the
distances on the dead-end streets.

Mayer stated that when it comes to annexations, he really cares about the annexation agreement and
the zoning. He wasn't sure Louisville needed more multi-family zoned property. He did not feel the
extension of Main Street was a foregone conclusion. He felt this should not go forward.

Sisk did not see how the project fit in with Louisville as he knows it. He wanted the transportation
issues resolved before Council decides what will happen to the area. He was totally opposed to the
triplexes and would vote against sending the project to Planning Commission.

Keany felt the problems with the floodplain, road and trail connections, and the zoning needed to be
resolved before any development of this parcel.

Levihn agreed with fellow Councilmen. He asked ifit was feasible to have Main Street narrow down
like that.

Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that if the goal was to have Main Street extended, there
were some options that could be explored.

Levihn also did not like the bolder circles in the project. He felt if Main Street were extended, it
should go straight down rather than taking a curve to the east and coming back again.

4
