" <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that late Friday afternoon he had received a FAX stating <br />that the developer was trying to negotiate some terms with Lafayette and asked to have this <br />continued. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council continue Ordinance No. 1214, Series 1996, to the May 6 Council meeting. <br />Seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1214, SERIES 1996 - ESTABLISHING A BOARD OF APPEALS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE BUILDING CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE WITHIN <br />TITLE 15 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE - 2ND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 3/23/96) <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1214, Series 1996, "An ordinance establishing a Board of <br />Appeals in connection with the Building Codes adopted by reference within Title 15 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code. " <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this Ordinance would establish a Board of Appeals in <br />connection with the Building Codes adopted by reference within Title 15. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1214. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1214, Series 1996, establishing a Board of <br />Appeals in connection with the Building Codes, on second reading. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call <br />was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />4 <br />
