All were in favor. <br />Council member Stolzmann requested information at the next meeting about how <br />minors in possession of alcohol are currently handled in the Court. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />PERSONNEL MATTER — CITY MANAGER PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />(Louisville Charter, Section 5 -2(b) — Authorized Topics) <br />The Mayor is requesting the City Council convene an Executive Session <br />for the purpose of a Personnel Matter — Performance Review of the City Manager <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED <br />City Attorney Light introduced the request for executive session. The Mayor is <br />requesting the City Council convene an executive session for the purpose of a <br />Personnel Matter — Performance Review of the City Manager. <br />City Clerk Varra read Section 2.90.050 — Public statement of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, which outlines the topics permitted for discussion in an executive session. <br />City Attorney Light stated the authority to conduct an executive session for the purpose <br />of the City Manager Performance Review is Section 5 =2(b) of the Home Rule Charter. It <br />is also authorized by C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(f)). The City Manager has not requested <br />discussion of the matter in open session and the discussion does not concern any <br />member of this body, any elected official or any appointment to fill an office of this body <br />and does not concern discussion of personnel policies that are not particular to <br />individual employees. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council adjourn to executive session for the <br />purpose of consideration of a Personnel Matter — Performance Review of the City <br />Manager as authorized by the law referenced by the City Attorney, and the executive <br />session include the City Attorney, seconded by Council member Stolzmann. <br />COUNCIL DISCUSSION <br />Council member Keany noted the Council Communique referenced Council members <br />have requested the City Council convene an executive session. He asked if multiple <br />persons or just one person requested the executive session. Council member <br />Stolzmann stated she would like to discuss a personnel matter. <br />
