He did not <br />mind the grass being Blue Grass. He felt there needed to be a full sign package, with the City having <br />input on the signage. <br /> <br />Mayer felt Council should support the Planning Commission on condition No.5, revise No.6 that <br />the sign package should be reviewed by staff. He did not have any problem with No.1 or the 3' <br />easement on No.2. <br /> <br />Davidson asked for the applicant's summary. <br /> <br />Braun asked that the project be approved as submitted, that it be modified that the 30' height <br />limitation of the poles be accepted in-lieu of25', that the 5' additional potential easement be reduced <br />to 3', that they are allowed to leave the landscape plan as submitted and substitute Blue Grass for <br />Fescue, and reserve the opportunity to address any other motions that may come up at this meeting. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 34, Series 1996, with the following amendments <br />to the conditions on the resolution: <br /> <br />1.) That the "C" light poles be changed to be a maximum of 30'; the other light poles <br />would stay as indicated at 16' and 25'; <br />2.) Would be amended to indicate an additional 3' <br />3.) That the applicant and staff would agree on a sign package consistent with the plans <br />submitted by the applicant and that that sign package would also be consistent with <br />the Design Guidelines for Centennial Business Park prior to issuance of any sign <br />permits. <br />7.)
