<br />ANNEXATION OF DILLON ROAD AND 96TH STREET <br /> <br />1. RESOLUTION NO. 41, SERIES 1996 - FINDING SUBSTANTIAL <br />COMPLIANCE FOR ANNEXATION PETITIONS FILED WITH THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, KNOWN AS THE SOUTHEAST <br />LOUISVILLE ANNEXATION - SOUTH 96TH STREET & DILLON ROAD <br />NO.1, AND THE SOUTHEAST LOUISVILLE - SOUTH 96TH STREET & <br />DILLON ROAD NO.2, AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON - <br />AUGUST 6, 1996 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined all three items in his presentation. In order to complete this <br />annexation process there are two ordinances. Ordinance No. 1220 is referred to as South 96th and <br />Dillon Road NO.1 and Ordinance No. 1221 is South 96th and Dillon Road NO.2. NO.1 has to drive <br />the contiguity required to complete No.2. No. 1 retains it contiguity off of 96th south of Dillon <br />Road and annexes a small portion running about 2,000' west of 96th. No.2, based upon that existing <br />contiguity, annexes south 96th north of Dillon and the balance of Dillon Road going west towards <br />Coal Creek Ranch. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 41, Series 1996, and set the public hearing for <br />August 6, 1996. Seconded by Lathrop. All in favor. <br /> <br />2. ORDINANCE NO. 1220, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, <br />KNOWN AS THE SOUTHEAST LOUISVILLE ANNEXATION - SOUTH <br />96m STREET AND DILLON ROAD NO.1 - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC <br />HEARING 8/6/96 <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1220, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, <br />known as the Southeast Louisville Annexation - south 96th street & Dillon Road No.1, to the City <br />of Louisville. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1220, Series 1996, south 96th Street and Dillon <br />Road annexation on first reading and set the public hearing for August 6, 1996. Seconded by Mayer. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />3.
