Development Regulations ( "Regulations ") attached as Exhibit A to the copy of the Agreement <br />accompanying this Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Agreement and <br />authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The proposed Lafayette/Louisville Buffer Comprehensive Development <br />Plan Intergovernmental Agreement (2014 Extension) (the "Agreement" or "2014 Extension"), a <br />copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City Council of the City of Louisville upon the condition that such Agreement be executed by all <br />Parties thereto. The Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve prior to such <br />execution such revisions to the Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for <br />the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of such Agreement are not <br />altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this /t5 i day of <br />ancy V . , a, City Clerk <br />, 2014. <br />Resolution No. 39, Series 2014 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
