A
department communication plan (ATTACHMENT D) must include core services as well as
priority projects and should be agreed upon by the Communication staff and the assigned
department leadership at the beginning of the year, preserving time for unplanned items that
occur throughout the year. The plan should be a living document reviewed quarterly and adjusted
as needed to reflect changes in the work plan or community events.
12
