The proposal included a toolbox of information to assist residents. <br />He was interested in working with a City staff member on implementation of the plan. <br />He noted the Boulder County Flood Relief Recovery is looking for office space and <br />contacted the Sam's Club owner. Resolution No. 41, Series 2014 — A Resolution Calling a Special Election <br />for November 4, 2014 to be Conducted as a Coordinated Mail Ballot <br />Election, for the Purpose of Electing a Ward One Council member <br />E. Resolution No. 42, Series 2014 — A Resolution Supporting the Submittal of <br />a Grant Between the City of Louisville and the State Board of the Great <br />Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund <br />F. Execution on Agreement with First Southwest Company for Financial <br />Advisor Services <br />G. Award Contract to Whitestone Construction Services, Inc. for the Library <br />Project Room <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the Consent Agenda as published, <br />seconded by Council member Lipton. All were in favor. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle reported hearing from Senator Jones and Stephanie Walton relative to <br />the need for office space for the long -term flood recovery group. He supported providing <br />space for this group. <br />City Manager Fleming also heard about the need for 8,500 SF of office space and has <br />asked Economic Development Director DeJong to look into the database of properties <br />to see if a space can be located. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br />• Coal Creek Golf Course Progress: Landscape Unlimited has installed sod <br />around certain bunkers and greens. This is used to keep the seeded area intact. <br />The sprinkling system is working and will be expanded. <br />
