<br />The applicant did not know. <br /> <br />McDermott asked if each unit had their own heating system or are they tied together. <br /> <br />The applicant believes they each have their own system. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed/Commission Comments/Vote: <br /> <br />Commissioner McAvinew is also concerned with the construction of the units and if there will be carry <br />over in the building. He would like to add something to the resolution regarding that possibility. <br /> <br />Chairman Lipton is concerned about locating the facility in that building is the fact that there is a lot of <br />traffic in that parking lot. <br /> <br />Ms. Schnitzer explained that most of the parents tend to walk their children into the building. <br /> <br />Lipton thinks that the noise issue is a landlord / tenant issue. If it becomes a problem the landlord can <br />rectify the problem. <br /> <br />Commissioner Leh appreciates the fact that the applicant has already communicated with their neighbors <br />regarding the use of the building. <br /> <br />Commissioner McDermott just wanted to make sure that the applicant has thought of all issues that could <br />arise. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thompson agrees that the noise is not really an issue for the Commission to look into and <br />does not believe there should be a condition. <br /> <br />Motion/ Commission Discussion / Vote: <br /> <br />Chairman Lipton moved for a motion to approve Resolution No. 8, Series 2000; so moved by Tom <br />McAvinew and seconded by Christopher Leh. <br /> <br />Commissioner McAvinew agrees that there is no need to put in a condition regarding the noise. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> Patricia Thompson, Yes; Christopher Leh, Yes; Debra Kalish, Yes; Bill McDermott, <br />Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Jeff Lipton, Yes.
