Motion approved <br />6:1. <br /> <br />F.Resolution No. 16, Series 2000, Lots 1 and 6, Coal Creek Business Park, Final <br />PUD Development Plan for a 2-story, 80,000 S.F. office building, to be known <br />as Coal Creek Corporate Center II. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone, Principal Planner, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera <br />on Sunday March 26, 2000, and mailed to surrounding property owners and posted on Friday, <br />March 24, 2000. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with or had visited <br />the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone presented the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. Staff is <br />recommending approval with 12 conditions. <br /> <br />Questions for Staff: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Greg Armstrong, with the Trammell Crow Company, he is the Principal, 7535 East Hampden <br />Avenue, Suite 650, Denver, CO. Mr. Armstrong stated the they are in agreement with 9.5 of the <br />12 recommended conditions made by Staff. They have slight disagreements with Condition 1, 9 <br />and 12. <br /> <br />Gary Ellerman, Principal of SEM Architects, Inc., 677 South Colorado Boulevard, Denver, CO. <br />Mr. Ellerman presented virtual reality photographs to the Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Ellerman addressed the flagstone pavers. They would like to continue the same color and <br />texture of concrete that they have at the other building entrances. From a pedestrian point of <br />view, they feel this will tie the campus together, and they would like the Commission’s <br />consideration on that. <br /> <br />No. 9, the cast stone. The would like the ability to use that stone and their commitment is that <br />they will get a color as close to what is existing out there as they possibly can.
