It remains a recommended condition of approval in the resolution. <br /> <br />Sanitary sewer service to the western two lots will come from existing piping in CTC Boulevard. <br />The eastern two lots will require service from a nearby lift station that is currently in the process <br />of being redesigned and relocated.
