Case #00-056-FP/FS. <br /> <br /> <br />Lipton read the above Resolution and requested staff public notice certification. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br />Wood stated he forgot to include the publication notice in the packet and would check the public <br />notification before they vote on the resolution. <br /> <br />Lipton requested the staff report. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood reviewed the report using maps and diagrams provided by the applicant. This is a final <br />PUD development and final subdivision plat for professional offices for Summit View. The <br />applicant has submitted a final subdivision plat and PUD development plan for the phased <br />development of a 6-acre parcel located immediately north of the Rent-X Center, and fronting the <br />west side of State Highway 42. The property is zoned Planned Community Zoned District <br />(PCZD) and is subject to the provisions of the North Louisville General Development Plan (GDP) <br />which was approved in 1989. The subject parcel falls into two designated parcels, H and J. Parcel <br />H allows for commercial and office uses and Parcel J provides for mixed use, residential and <br />commercial and office. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission has reviewed this development twice, as a preliminary and a revised <br />preliminary. The revised preliminary approved by the Planning Commission in October of 2000 <br />proposed a two-phased development. Phase I proposed the development of two <br />professional/medical office buildings. Phase two reflects that the balance of the property would be <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
