<br /> <br />Hartronft agrees with Wood. <br /> <br />Lipton requested staff summary. <br /> <br />Staff Summary: <br />Wood stated that staff is recommending approval of Resolution 3, Series 2001, even though there <br />are 19 conditions. The conditions are there not because the applicant lacked to respond but <br />because the staff was late in the turnaround of comments to the applicant. The nature of the <br />comments are minor, therefore staff is recommending approval of the Final Subdivision Plat and a <br />Final PUD Development PUD for the Summit View Subdivision. <br /> <br />Lipton requested applicant summary. <br /> <br />Applicant Summary: <br />Hartronft had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Lipton closed the public hearing and requested Commissioner comments. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments / Vote: <br />Thompson favors the development and believes the color will be okay. <br /> <br />Leh favors the development. <br /> <br />McAvinew favors the development. <br /> <br />Kalish echoes the comments of Thompson and is in favor of the development and hopes we can <br />see other similar developments for that area of town. <br /> <br />McDermott favors the development but still has reservations about the mustard color. <br /> <br />Pritchard favors the development. <br /> <br />Lipton called for a motion. <br />Thompson moved and Kalish seconded that Resolution No. 3, Series 2001 be approved as <br />prepared by staff. <br /> <br />Motion passed unanimously.
