<br />Johnstone stated that the applicant has been in contact with the Building Department and that it is an <br />appropriate load for this type of class. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Rob Fauver, 3895 Longwood Avenue, Boulder, CO, representing Sandra Lilly and Joe White. Mr. <br />Fauver wanted to reiterate that they have been in contact with the Building Department and they <br />have evaluated the floor plans and there is no technical reason that there would be a problem with <br />accommodating the student load that they expect. The applicant is committed to making sure that <br />they do not create a negative impact on the neighborhood with parking. They are in agreement with <br />all conditions written by Staff. Mr. Fauver was available to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Commission Questions/Comments: <br /> <br />Pritchard would like to see the applicant contact the Blue Parrot and their parking lot. <br /> <br />Staff Summary: <br /> <br />Kenneth Johnstone stated that Resolution No. 33, Series 1999, comes before the Commission with 6 <br />Conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Applicant Summary: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Discussion / Vote: <br /> <br />Commissioner Solek is happy to see that the applicant is going to pursue an RTD pass program and <br />would like to see them look into using the Blue Parrot parking. <br /> <br />Johnstone commented that if they used the Blue Parrot parking lot, the Blue Parrot would have to <br />come in and amend their PUD. <br /> <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to approve Resolution No. 33, Series 1999, with the six conditions as <br />written by Staff.
