<br />Ms. Pochon would like to leave the vertical blue stripes on the corner of the building accentuating the <br />entrance, eliminate the green at the base of the building, replace it with the blue and put the green as <br />the accent color in place of the red. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Discussion / Vote: <br /> <br />Chairman Boulet thinks that the resolution that Ms. Pochon presented is acceptable. <br /> <br />Commissioners Solek and Thompson agreed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pritchard asked if the building colors are what was intended in the design guidelines. <br />Mr. Johnstone thinks that these colors are consistent. <br /> <br />Motion made by Betty Solek to approve Resolution No. 40, Series 1999, a resolution approving an <br />Amended Final PUD Development Plan, for Omni Promotional LLC, on Lot 1, Block 2, Business <br />Center At CTC, with one condition, that the green color proposed at the base of the building be <br />eliminated and replaced with diplomat blue, and the red color proposed for the awning and railing be <br />replaced with green. Strike Condition No. 2 as written by the Staff. Seconded by Patricia Thompson. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> Patricia Thompson, Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; Betty Solek, Yes; Jeff Lipton, Yes; <br />Bill Boulet, Yes. Motion passes 5:0. <br /> <br /> <br />D.Resolution No. 41, Series 1999, Carrabba’s Italian Restaurant, Lot 3, Centennial <br />Valley, Parcel L, Filing No. 1, Final PUD Development Plan for a full service <br />restaurant. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera, <br />Saturday, July 24,1999, and posted in City Hall, July 23, 1999.
