All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone presented the details of this matter as stated in the staff report. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />Commissioner Lipton asked if the Staff tested this against the Industrial Guidelines. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone stated that Staff did review this against the guidelines. <br /> <br />Mr. McAvinew asked about the timing of the railroad and drainage easement vacation. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone stated there have been several obstacles. At this time they are trying to address these <br />issues on a block-by-block basis in a logical manner, as well as addressing the property owner needs. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Toby Bramble, HBA Ventures LLC. Mr. Bramble stated that they are trying to compliment the <br />building to the south and that is why they are using Navajo White and changing the color of the <br />accent. There will be metal roofs on this project that will add architectural interest. Bramble added <br />that the railroad easement on their lot is on the very far side of the easement, so they are not close to <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
