APPROVED – <br />11/09/2004 <br /> <br />Van Pelt stated they hoped to be started by early 2005. <br /> <br />Staff and Applicant Summary and Recommendation: <br />No additional summary or recommendation provided. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br />Pritchard had no comments. <br /> <br />Kalish stated it was a good project and she supports the proposal. <br /> <br />Lipton supports the project. <br /> <br />McAvinew supports the project. <br /> <br />McDermott supports the project. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />McDermott moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 23, Series 2004, <br />authorizing a final PUD development plan for a 15,000 square foot (SF), single-story warehouse <br />building with the following 2 conditions as recommended by staff. <br /> <br />1.It should be noted on the PUD plans that the retaining wall material will match or <br />complement building materials, subject to staff review and approval through the building <br />permit process. <br /> <br />2.It should be noted on the PUD plans that the two light poles proposed within the <br />NCWCD shall be eliminated unless written approval for the locations is granted from the <br />District.
