Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />NOVEMBER 10, 2005 <br />Page 5 of 12 <br /> <br />Eric Garcia, Manager, stated that the request for the additional signage was previously <br />stated by Staff and Bellefeuille. The lunch traffic has been flat and they hope to expand <br />the lunch traffic. <br />Deborski asked if they had other means of increasing the traffic. <br />Garcia stated that they have been distributing information with the ‘Take out Menu’ and <br />with banners for special events. <br />Pritchard suggested that they notify the local hotels and perhaps distribute menus to the <br />hotels. <br />Members of the Public: None heard. <br />Commission Questions of Staff and Applicant: No additional comments. <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments: <br />Sheets stated that she supports the request. <br />Deborski stated that his comments were not just specific to Carrabba’s but to all the <br />businesses along McCaslin and that they should investigate other ways to increase <br />business and not always rely on signs.
