Resolution No. 49, Series 2014 — A Resolution Approving a 1st Amendment <br />to the Business Assistance Agreement with Etkin Johnson Group for the <br />Construction of a Building in the Colorado Technology Center in the City <br />of Louisville <br />Council member Stolzmann requested next year's annual study session with the Open <br />Space Advisory Board be prior to the meeting at which having their trail <br />recommendations for Boulder County come to City Council. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Mayor <br />Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. Absent: Council member Loo. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Stolzmann thanked all the volunteers and staff who worked to make a <br />successful Fall Festival. She thanked the Cultural Council for bringing the art groups <br />together and the Art Association and the Chamber of Commerce for their events. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported the South Boulder Road Resurfacing Project is causing <br />delays and the City is looking for ways to control traffic. This project has been planned <br />for some time and is necessary to maintain the street. The project will be substantially <br />completed by October 13, but if weather permits, major work may be completed by <br />September 22. There will also be some road work on Cherry Street and McCaslin <br />
