<br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 56, Series 1996, Final PUD, Lot 14. Blk 6, <br />CTC as amended. Seconded by Keany. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment that Howard amend condition NO.4 to indicate that the requested <br />sidewalk improvements would be deferred and the developer would provide the City with a Letter <br />of Credit based upon $20/lineal foot for sidewalks. <br /> <br />Howard and seconder Keany accepted that. <br /> <br />Mayer offered a friendly amendment that under landscape materials the Kentucky Blue Grass mix <br />sodded area be changed to fescue mix. <br /> <br />Howard and seconder Keany accepted that. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 57, SERIES 1996 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOT 15, BLK 6 - CTC <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 57, Series 1996, Final PUD, Lot 15, Blk 6, <br />CTC, including amending condition NO.4 to indicate that the requested sidewalk improvements <br />would be deferred and the developer would provide the City with a Letter of Credit based upon <br />$20/lineal foot for sidewalks and the amendment that under landscape materials the Kentucky Blue <br />Grass mix sodded area be changed to fescue mix. Seconded by Keany. <br /> <br />Jon Lee, Knollwood Partnership, Ltd., reminded Council that this is the lot that the customer wanted <br />to expand some. He preferred that this resolution be continued. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council continue Resolution No. 57, Series 1996, to the October 1 City <br />Council meeting. Seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58, SERIES 1996 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOT 16, BLK 6 - CTC <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 58, Series 1996, Final PUD, Lot 16, Blk 6, <br />CTC, including amending condition NO.4 to indicate that the requested sidewalk improvements <br />would be deferred and the developer would provide the City with a Letter of Credit based upon <br />$20.00/lineal foot for sidewalks and the amendment that under landscape materials the Kentucky Blue <br />Grass mix sodded area be changed to fescue mix. Seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion <br />passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />6 <br />
