<br />Davidson felt sidewalks were not necessary and would not be used in the CTC. <br /> <br />Gebhard Buggel, Kryptonics and Turbo-K, LLC, felt the issues were consistency throughout CTC <br />and need. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the owners of CTC to come up with their own plan within four to six months. If not, <br />Council would impose a plan. <br /> <br />Keany and Levihn wanted consistency. <br /> <br />Lathrop wondered when to impose the change. He did not feel tonight was the time. <br /> <br />Davidson called for a vote on Keany's motion to amend Resolution No. 61. Roll call was taken. <br />Motion failed by a 3 - 4 vote with Davidson, Mayer, Howard, and Lathrop voting against. <br /> <br />Davidson called for a vote on Mayer's original motion as amended to delete condition NO.5 on the <br />resolution. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />Davidson directed staff, by the December 17 Council meeting, to present to Council the sidewalk or <br />no sidewalk plan for CTC after working with the owners. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62, SERIES 1996 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />NATIONAL SPECIALTY LIGHTING - LOT 12, BLK 4 - CTC <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is a two phase, 21,550 s.f office/warehouse facility. <br />Phase I would include a two-story, 3,000 s.f office building and a 9,000 s.f warehouse. Phase II <br />would add 9,550 s.f of warehouse space with employment projected at 15 people. Additional office <br />space above the 3,000 s.f shown would not be allowed without provisions for additional parking, <br />which is noted on the PUD. A flat roof with a two-foot parapet is proposed to fully screen all <br />mechanical units. Signage proposed was a 3' x 6' concrete ground sign is proposed at the entrance, <br />a small wall sign above the main entry, and "NSL" is proposed in cast aluminum letters mounted <br />directly on the building wall. The parking lot lights were proposed as 175 watt metal halide on 12' <br />high poles. A series of 10 wall packs limited to 100 watts, except for those over the loading dock <br />which would be 175 watts. Planning Commission approved their Resolution No. 24 on August 22 <br />with seven conditions which had been complied with. Resolution No. 61 had two additional <br />conditions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Paul Pennock, Zeiler-Pennock, Inc., consulting architect and engineers, stated that they had no <br />problem with the two conditions on the resolution.
