All in favor with <br />Howard being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1239, SERIES 1996 - INCREASING WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES <br />IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING <br />11/18/96 <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1239, Series 1996, "An ordinance increasing water and <br />sewer tap fees in the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Mayer suggested an evaluation be done of what the growth costs are and whether or not they are <br />being recovered through the tap fees. <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that they have analyzed the next five years CIP and have <br />distributed to growth and none growth factors.
