With respect to the appraisal, he felt after the approval of the <br />Plat, it would change the land value. City Attorney Light explained the word "dated" <br />was not intended to change the ordinance direction to the appraiser. It was meant for <br />the appraisal of land to be subdivided. <br />VOTE: Motion for an updated appraisal. Roll call vote was taken. All in favor. <br />ADOPTION OF THE 2015 BUDGET <br />RESOLUTION No. 69, SERIES 2014 — A RESOLUTION SUMMARIZING <br />EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR <br />BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2015 AND ENDING ON THE LAST <br />DAY OF DECEMBER 2015 <br />RESOLUTION No. 70, SERIES 2014 — ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION <br />FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 2015 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2015 <br />RESOLUTION No. 71, SERIES 2014 — A RESOLUTION LEVYING GENERAL <br />PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2014, TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS OF <br />GOVERNMENT FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO FOR THE 2015 <br />BUDGET YEAR <br />Mayor Muckle reopened the public hearing and requested a City Manager presentation. <br />City Manager Fleming explained the proposed budget was presented on October 7, <br />2014. Council had detailed discussion on the proposal during the regular meeting on <br />October 21, 2014, and at Special meetings on October 21, 2014 and October 28, 2014. <br />He noted there are 172 Capital Projects in the 2015 Major Capital Projects Budget. <br />Staff recommended approval of the following resolutions: Resolution No. 69, Series <br />2014 — Summarizing Expenditures and Revenues and Adopting the Budget for 2015; <br />Resolution No. 70, Series 2014 — The Annual Appropriation for the 2015 and <br />Resolution No. 71, Series 2014 — Levying General Property Taxes for 2014. <br />Mayor Muckle concurred with City Manager Fleming the City Council reviewed and <br />debated the budget for months and months. He thanked the citizens engaged in the <br />process; the staff for making the budget adjustments and the City Council for all their <br />work on the 2015 budget. He requested public comment and hearing none, closed the <br />public hearing. <br />
