City Council Meeting Minutes November 18, 2014 Page 11 of 16 SMALL AREA PLAN SURVEY QUESTIONS Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. Planning and Building Safety Director Russ explained staff worked with Cuningham Group and the National Research Center to develop draft questions for the South Boulder Road survey. Staff presented a draft survey to Council at the November 10 study session. Based on discussion at the meeting, staff and the consultants revised the questions and photographs. Staff requested City Council approval on the proposed survey questions. If approved, the surveys will be mailed in early December, with a final report of the responses delivered to the City by early February. COUNCIL COMMENT Mayor Muckle voiced his appreciation for the revisions of the survey questions and the revised photographs. Council member Loo thanked staff for making the changes and for the improved photographs. Mayor Pro Tem Dalton also thanked staff for getting the photographs more to scale. Council member Keany supported all the revisions and thanked staff for their effort. ACTION: The City Council unanimously approved the proposed survey questions.
