Gail Wetrogan, 930 McKinley, Louisville, Colorado, stated that the neighbors had met with Wonderland many times concerning this. The neighbors were in favor of this development. Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson, Louisville, Colorado, speaking for the Harney Neighborhood Association, spoke in favor of this development. They like the size and location of the park. He pointed out that it did not have enough connection to South Street, which they felt would be necessary. They supported the smaller lots. There was some support for the smaller street widths. Nancy Commins, 261 Short Place, Louisville, Colorado, stated that if there had to be houses on this property, this was a pretty good plan. She and other neighbors preferred that the property not be developed. Tim Seeber, 821 McKinley Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned about the heights of the homes, the old water and sewer lines, the water pressure, the bike trail link up, and exactly what finish grade would be. Davidson called for Council comments and questions. Mayer asked if the developers would be willing to look at some sort of bulk restrictions on the homes as part of the PUD process, in exchange for the smaller lots. He asked for the anticipated square footage of the homes. Leach agreed to possible restrictions. He stated the finished square footage would be 2,500 - 3,500 s.f. Levihn liked the development. Keany liked the bike/pedestrian path, but was concerned about parking and snow removal. Lathrop liked the development. Davidson agreed with Levihn and Lathrop. Sisk suggested making the lots 14,000 s.f. instead of 15,000, to give the city more property.
