She wanted the <br />curves in the subdivision, Lots 28, 29, 39, and 40, to become open space for the residents. <br /> <br />Annelise Cummings, 795 West Pinion Way, Louisville, Colorado, did not like the transition from the <br />walk-outs to the standard two-story homes below. She wanted the southern most area to be garden <br />level homes for aesthetics. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Mayer asked about the 6' of fill on Lots 24 - 27. <br /> <br />Hansel stated that the reason for the grading was because of going from a private street system to a <br />public street system with right-of-ways and standards. <br /> <br />Mayer was concerned about streets being "like" named, such as Owl Drive and Owl Circle, due to <br />the confusion in finding street locations around town. <br /> <br />Howard asked that overall heights of the homes be lowered on Lots 24 - 27. <br /> <br />Sisk was concerned about the left turn on Via Appia and the walk-outs on Lot 24 - 27. <br /> <br />Hoyt stated that the homes would become garden levels on Lots 24 - 27. <br /> <br />Levihn supported this project. <br /> <br />Lathrop felt the townhome project previously proposed with its open space amenities and diversity <br />of housing was far superior to this. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the landscaping fully irrigated. <br /> <br />Keany disagreed with Mayer's comment about irrigation, since the city is encouraging citizens to <br />reduce their water usage. <br /> <br />Wood requested that the motion indicate, conceming irrigation, clarification as to whether it included <br />Outlots A & D under the Public Service portion, adjacent to the Recreation Center that is not <br />currently irrigated, as opposed to the ones on Pine Street. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
