Lathrop moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1190, Series 1995, as amended at second and <br />final reading. Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard <br />being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1191, SERIES 1995 AMENDING CHAPTER 17.56 OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING FLOODPLAIN ZONING - 2ND <br />READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 5/20/95) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1191, Series 1995, "An ordinance amending Section <br />17.56.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning the Official Floodplain Map and declaring an <br />emergency." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that there is one change with regard to the establishment of the <br />Official Floodplain Map to reflect the June 2, 1995, study completed by FEMA and distributed to the <br />City. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comment, questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1191, Series 1995, amending Section 17.56.070 <br />of the Louisville Munidpal Code concerning the Official Floodplain Map and declaring an emergency <br />for second and final reading. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 <br />vote with Howard being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 29, SERIES 1995 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />QUANTUM PHERIPHRALS, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL "F", LOT 2 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this requests the division of 26 acres of Parcel F of <br />Centennial Valley into two lots. Lot 1 is 20 acres and Lot 2 would be approximately six acres. The <br />Final PUD Development Plan proposed the development of Lot 1 in two phases. Phase I <br />incorporates 60,000 s.f. of office (two-story) with 98,000 s.f. of high bay research and utility support <br />(158,000 s.f. total). Phase II adds 67,000 s.f of research and 20,000 s.f. of two-story office space <br />with anticipated build-out at 4 - 5 years. A 20' wide emergency access easement is being provided <br />between the subject property and Neodata, immediately adjacent to the east. They proposed 466 <br />parking spaces for Phase I with an additional 242 spaces designated for Phase II. At total build-out <br />of Phase I and II, it is anticipated there will be 550 daytime employees. Wood stated that they <br />proposed one 160 s.f. wall sign and two monument signs (16 s.f., approximately 2'x8' each). The <br />proposed landscaping conforms to the recommendations of the Centennial Valley Business Park <br />design guidelines. The Planning Commission recommended by a vote of 4 - 0 at a public hearing on <br />May 9, 1995, to approve this with three conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />
