Motion passed 7-0. <br />APPROVAL OF STATE BID AWARD - PICKUP TRUCKS <br />Davidson asked if these vehicles are <br />replacement vehicles or are they brand new <br />vehicles. <br />Phare stated that Community Services and <br />Financial Services are new vehicles. Public <br />Works will be a replacement vehicle. The <br />workload has increased for Community Services <br />and Financial Services to justify the <br />vehicles. <br />Davidson asked if reliability was looked at <br />when this type of truck was chosen? <br />Phare stated there has not been a formal <br />study done on the vehicles. <br />Davidson moved and Szymanski seconded to ap- <br />prove the bids. Request is for 67 single family <br />detached cluster style homes. Planning <br />Commission did review this request in a <br />public hearing and did recommend approval <br />with conditions.
