Louisville Municipal code deleting fermented malt <br />liquor license fee and adding an optional premises <br />license fee." Proof of publication and notice of <br />public hearing were established by the City Clerk. <br />City Attorney stated this sets the fee at $325.00 <br />the fee which is established by the state <br />statutes. Also deletes any fee for a fermented <br />malt liquor license from our code. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing and asked <br />if anyone was present that wished to speak to this <br />Ordinance. There was no one wishing to speak. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing. <br />Howard moved and Szymanski seconded to adopt <br />Ordinance #1025, Series 1990. By Roll Call Vote <br />motion passed 7-0. <br />ORDINANCE #1026, SERIES 1990, ADOPTING STANDARDS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF <br />OPTIONAL PREMISES LICENSES AND FOR OPTIONAL PREMISES FOR A HOTEL AND <br />RESTAURANT LICENSE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 12-47-135.5 <br />C.R.S., AS AMENDED; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY -2ND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br />Read by title only, Ordinance #1026, Series 1990, <br />"An Ordinance adopting standards for the issuance <br />of optional premises licenses and for optional <br />premises for a hotel and restaurant license <br />pursuant to the provisions of section 12-47-135.5 <br />C.R.S., as amended."
