the $20,000 issue that is inappropriate. This
should be dealt with on its own merit and should
not tie into another issue that is going on with
the hospital.
Szymanski stated by tabling it we are just holding
it over their heads, either you give in on the
$20,000 or we are going to hold back lot. I am
all. in favor of voting on this tonight.
Mayor Fauson asked the city attorney if Council
could table this issue because of the reasons
stated?
Williams stated that Council can table this for
any issue or to get everything done at one time. I
would suggest that the motion to table this item
should have a date for when this will be brought
back up.
Davidson stated he would agree to amend the motion
to table it until the next regular meeting of the
council, seconded by Howard.
Carnival stated that in light of where I see this
going if the motion that is on the floor now goes
to a 3-3 vote that would deny the motion to table
and that would fail, then I would like my fellow
colleges to know that to see this at least have
its day in court I would agree to tabling this.
Motion passed 6-1 to table this issue until the
April 17th Council meeting.
Sackett rejoined the meeting at this time.
RESOLUTION #18, SERIES 1990, FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT (REPEAT)
CENTENNIAL 7
Read by title only, "A resolution approving a
final subdivision plat and amended PUD development
plan for Centennial 7 Replat A."
Franklin stated Mcstain Enterprises is requesting
approval of a replat and an amended Final
Development Plan for Centennial 7. The purpose of
the replat is to reduce the number of lots from 37
to 31; the remaining lots will increase slightly
in size and range from 9,008 to 14,645 sq, ft. in
area. The purpose of the amended Final
Development Plan is to revise/upgrade Washington
Avenue landscaping, amend the front setback
requirement to allow side-entry garages and to
clarify a standard in allowed flow line width for
the several streets.
9
