Motion passed. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21, SERIE~> 1990, CRYSTAL <br />Read by title only, Resolution #21, <br />Series 1990, "A Resolution approving an <br />amended final subdivision plat and PUD <br />development plan for Crystal Estates." <br />Franklin gave a brief presentation <br />regarding the request by X42 <br />Corporation. The purpose of the request <br />is to revise the layout of the auto <br />repair and lubrication center which was <br />approved in 1988. The amended plan <br />provides for development of an auto body <br />shop, lubrication service and at a later <br />phase a retail (auto parts) store. The <br />replat creates a separate lot for the <br />retail store. The conditions have been <br />met or will be met through the permit- <br />ting process. <br />Alvin Morie, representing X42 Corpora- <br />tion, 2355 Cannon Blvd, Boulder, Colora- <br />do.
